The European Space Agency is ready to launch its latest and brand new Vega-C rocket. The fully stacked " Vega-C" rocket is having four stages.
It stands for about 35 meters tall. The Vega-C rocket is about 16 feet taller than the previous model. The launch pad is in Europe's Spaceport in French Guiana.
The Vega-C is an upgraded version of the European Vega launcher, which has flown 20 times since its inaugural test-launched in February 2012.
"Vega-C features major enhancements from Vega, both in the rocket and its ground infrastructure."
Vega programs manager Renato Lafranconi said in a statement
The result of the Vega-C launcher is a large capacity for liquid propellant allowing it to deliver payloads to multiple orbits and stay in space for a long period.
