Voting is an important right of every US citizen and voting is very much important to maintain a well-functioned and organized government.
Most eligible Americans aren't registered to vote, but nearly 4.7 million people register to vote according to the National Voter Registration Day organization.
Many American citizens are unable to vote because they miss the registration deadline.
"National Voter Registration Day" tries to provide the opportunity of voting for every citizen who missed the deadline for registration.
Volunteers across the US raise awareness of Voter Registration opportunities for eligible citizens to get registered.
"Democracy only works when everyone participates", said President Joe Biden on the occasion of National Voter Registration Day.
