Lenovo has created the F1 Kiss-Activated trophy for the winner of the Japanese Grand Prix 2023.
The trophy was presented at Suzuka Circuit in Japan on 24 September 2023 to the winner Max Verstappen.
Lenovo used touch-sensitive micro switch technology, that will react when a driver kisses the trophy and it will light up in the colors of the winner's national flag.
For Max Verstappen, the trophy lit up in the red and blue colors to represent the Dutch national flag.
The main shell of the trophy is built with recyclable aluminum material featuring LED lights.
The trophy is designed by Pininfarina and features LED lights that brighten to create a waving motion of the winner's national flag.
