A 7.6 Magnitude Earthquake Shakes Mexico

An earthquake of 7.6 magnitudes shook Mexico's Central Pacific Coast on the 19th of September 2022.

The earthquake has been starred damage to buildings that hit at 1:05 am local time. 

According to the US Geological Survey, the magnitude of the disaster earthquake was counted on a scale of 7.6

People gather outside after an earthquake of magnitude 7.5. The earthquake was centered near the boundaries of the Colima and Michoacan States.

The earthquake was centered 37 kilometers Southeast of Aquila at a depth of 15.1 kilometers (9.4miles).

Mexico City Mayor Claudia Sheinbaum tweeted that there were no reports of damage in the capital.
