"Rainbow Fentanyl" was found for the first time in Southern Minnesota a few days ago.
Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force Agents seized three multicolored M30 pills on 16 September 2022.
These pills are extremely dangerous, no matter what color they are and they can easily kill several people with just a single pill", Drug Task Force Lt. Jeff Wersal said.
"It's a very dangerous substance. It is 50 times stronger than heroin and 100 times stronger than morphine", said Kris Kelgten operation manager of the Mayo Clinic ambulance service.
Fentanyl pill sewage is unpredictable, posing a dangerous and deadly risk to those who take them.
The Drug Enforcement Administration advised those who encounter Fentanyl, in any form not to handle it and call 911 immediately because a single pill is enough to kill.
