Mario had been voiced by one veteran voice actor  "Charles Martinet" for decades. After his retirement, Kevin Afghani will take charge as a voice actor.

Kevin Afghani declared the news on X, saying, “Incredibly proud to have voiced Mario and Luigi in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. Thanks to Nintendo for inviting me into the Flower Kingdom!”

The statement came on October 13th through a post on X (Twitter) from Kevin Afghani

Afghani has given the voice of Arthur in Genshin Impact and did a voice in a show titled Anime Penguin: Red Snow.

Finally, Martinet said in a statement that, "I’m very much looking forward to seeing all of you at events around the world in the years to come,”
